It’s something we’ve been working on for quite some time and one of the biggest steps we’ve ever taken with unDraw. Time for some library magic!

Back in 2019 when we started something cool with Adobe, unDraw was a small personal side-project with 125k monthly users. Our goal with the Adobe XD plugin was to provide easier access to illustrations for designers. Today, unDraw has reached 420k average monthly users, so it’s time to take it to the next level. That’s why I’m excited to announce unDraw X, our brand new integration with Creative Cloud Libraries, with the goal of providing more to every team member that uses graphic assets.

UnDraw Multiplied

When the Creative Cloud Platform Partnerships team pitched us on Creative Cloud Libraries, the value was clear. We could expand beyond web-first illustrations to cover more mediums and different design needs. This is exactly what unDraw X does. With new illustration collections that can be used directly in presentations, brochures, and a wide range of other use cases. Of course, keeping the color modifiable was a must and now there are collections where you can apply a fully different palette, not just the primary color.

Connected Creativity

To better understand unDraw X though, you need to be familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries. A powerful feature that brings your design assets together inside the applications you use. As a result, you can visit unDraw X and just sync any illustration you want, to have it available inside Adobe XD / Photoshop / Spark or many other applications.

However, connected creativity does not stop there. Your libraries are also available in a number of other products that joined forces to provide a better experience for everyone. For example, you can create Google presentations or write Microsoft Word documents and access your unDraw illustrations directly from your libraries. But don’t worry, we have created and will be adding a number of quick guides to get you up and running with all these design superpowers.

The Future

Our mission with unDraw to provide anyone with high-quality graphic assets is ongoing and I want to thank everyone for all the support and motivation throughout all these years. With the launch of unDraw v3, this large expansion and some great things coming up that I’ll hopefully be able to share really soon, the future is looking great! So hope you’ll enjoy this new version and unDraw X.

Thank you!

P.S.: A huge thank you to Aimara Rodriguez and Drew Endick for working with us to make unDraw X possible.

P.S.2: I know I didn’t include the new styles here but I’m constantly adding new ones and improving them so the heart above is a tiny sample you can find in unDraw X. ;-)
